The stunning panoramic views from the terrace were a highlight of our stay, adding a magical touch to our mornings.
Accessing the hotel was quite challenging due to the broken first lift, requiring a strenuous walk with luggage up the mountain.

The room was large and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and dinners. We loved the shared patio area with tables and umbrellas. Mirko and his family were kind, and the complimentary wine was a good touch! 🍷

fantastic quiet location, two lifts for easy access, spacious newly renovated rooms
A lot of hype surrounding the views, but let’s be honest, there are busy main roads in every direction!!! Watching the sunrise means dealing with noisy locals at dawn. A bit more attention to soundproofing wouldn’t hurt!!!

The location is truly magical, with an
incredible view from the terrace where we spent evenings relaxing. The owners consistently checked in on us, offering fresh beach towels and water. The experience was enhanced by little surprises like complimentary wine. However, navigating with luggage without a functional lift was challenging.

We had an amazing stay with clean, spacious rooms and complimentary beach bags that were such a thoughtful touch! The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we really enjoyed the cozy lounge by the fireplace on colder evenings. The only hiccup was a bit of a trek with luggage from the train station because of an elevator issue, but it was worth it for the great experience we had. 🌟

Family with children will love it
Had a great time at this place the owners were super friendly helped us with everything we needed they even offered us local wine free of charge which was a nice surprise. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials including coffee and water made our mornings much easier
It wasn’t exactly cheap but considering the service and experience it was worth it.

The Double Room was super spacious and comfortable. It had a lovely, new bathroom that felt really nice. I also appreciated the little touches like coffee pods and complimentary wine. Plus, the hosts were always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Just a heads up though, getting to the room from the train station was a bit of a hike because of the incline. But once you’re there, it's totally worth it!

Hosts were exceptionally accommodating, promptly relocating us when the initial room lacked a terrace view. This thoughtful gesture made our three-night stay memorable, along with tasty local Tuscan cheese available to enjoy. However, reaching the property was a challenge due to a steep walk with luggage, as the elevators were not functioning. Additionally, despite the charming ambiance, occasional noise from nearby roads detracted from the overall experience.
